Welcome to our classic Swiss-style lodge, perfect for large groups who want to be near the fun at Blue Mountain! This 3 level semi-detached chalet features mountain views, a huge great room with a full kitchen, a big dining room table and plenty of comfy couch space. Enjoy your own private dry sauna and have fun playing some Ping-Pong and foosball! Located close to Collingwood, Thornbury, Georgian Bay and Clarksburg, there’s so much to see and do! Outdoors, take in the views and fresh air of Blue Mountain -what a great place to start your adventure! Location The famous Village at Blue Mountain is just a short walk from the chalet. Enjoy the many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and activities, with everything from festivals and concerts to spas and even axe-throwing! Ski lifts and trails at Blue Mountain are all nearby, along with tubing and snowshoeing. Enjoy the heritage mainstreet in the pretty town of Collingwood, and play a round at Monterra Golf Resort. Beautiful Georgian Bay is close by -experience the clear water, picnics on the beach, and even kiteboarding and chartered fishing! Kitchen You’ll only need to bring your food and spices -cookware, bakeware, and cutlery are available during your stay. Delight in the mountain views as you make breakfast on the stove and make use of the dishwasher to make cleaning a breeze. The kitchen features ample cupboard space for storage, a coffee maker, a microwave and fridge. Great Room Make memories with friends and family in the big, open Great Room. Take in the natural light and views of Blue through the big windows. Wood ceilings and beams along with a decorative only brick fireplace make this a charming cottage-style atmosphere for apres ski. Bedrooms & Bathrooms There is plenty of space for up to 16 guests spread across 3 floors. We have 7 bedrooms with 8 double beds and bunk beds, as well as 2.5 bathrooms. Main floor – one powder room (sink and toilet) and one full bathroom (tub with shower, toilet, and sink). The lower level has a stand-up shower, sauna, and sink; there is no toilet on this level. We provide hotel quality linens, fresh towels and quality toiletries for our guests. Wifi, TV & Streaming Included wifi and streaming TV to stay connected, and watch your favourite shows! Deck & Outdoors Breathe in the fresh mountain air on the large furnished deck and enjoy a nice BBQ on your own grille. #LCSTR20210000104 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. 2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund. 3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited 4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited. 5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty. 8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

The chalet was basically what we expected. We had stayed at a similar Tyrolean chalet back in the mid eighties. This chalet was basically the same. With one piece of furniture being original. The addition of linen and towels was nice. The drawbacks were that there were no screens on any of the windows or patio door allowing insects inside and no windows could be open at night to enjoy fresh air. The shelving on the refrigerator door did not have any railings so could not be used. The unit was generally clean, but the heating vents were covered in dust and dirty.
