Fantastic location on a lovely, quiet residential street. Plenty of parking available and 5 min drive to the city centre. As this is a full house you are renting, you get all the luxuries of being at home. This was perfect for us as we were visiting my son who is a student, so he could come for tea, relax, watch TV, etc, all the things you can't do in a hotel. The house itself was lovely and comfortable and had everything we could need. The tea, coffee, and toiletries were a lovely little extra. Communication with the owner was perfect! He was just at the end of a message, which is how I prefer it, but he answered immediately. It was also self check-in, which I prefer. The beds were lovely and comfy, and it has a nice big bathroom. Tv, WiFi, oven, heating, etc, worked perfectly. I would definitely be looking to book here as my first choice next time I'm in Durham.

Could do with a slightly bigger settee. It was very comfortable but just on the small side.

I was alone on business, but the property could easily accommodate 3 individuals OR couples. The place was nicely decorated and well equipped.

Very comfortably furnished and beautifully presented. Loads of space. Clear and prompt communication.

Furniture in living room was comfortable but on the small side. We managed fine as we were just 4 for a short stay. However it may be something to consider as your property can sleep upto six and I don't think it would accommodate 6 quite as comfortably.

Beautiful and clean fantastic position to the city only about a 15 min walk .Nice pubs nearby .
