This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival. ------------------- LONG STAYS ------------------ 》All stays more than 28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. ----------------------------------------------- APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING ------------------------------------------------ 》Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologise in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. ----------------------------------- THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ------------------------------------ Please be advised that we allow 3rd party bookings. However, guests booking for another guest will be liable by default in accordance with our House Rules. You will be liable including financially, for any issues, damages or missing items incurred during the 3rd-party reservation. ----------------------------------------------------- LOSS/REMOVAL OF ACCESS CONTROL ------------------------------------------------------ Please take extra care of your keys! Lost keys, fobs, and/or remotes are subject to a $380 replacement charge. This includes purposefully failing to return these items and is classified as theft. ------------------- INSURANCE ------------------- It is the guest's responsibility to take out the appropriate travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances as our cancellation policy may not always provide for a full refund. ------------------------------------------------ BUILDING RULES AT THE PROPERTY ------------------------------------------------- You will agree to any other reasonable House Rules which may be made available to you at the property.
