Comfy & cozy home away from home is this three bedroom, two and a half bath house with a large yard for adults to chill and the kids to play. Enjoy the large fire pit at night while roasting marshmallows for the kids or just relaxing after a great day at the beach! The home has it all: central air, forced gas heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, high speed WIFI, YouTube TV. The fully stocked kitchen allows for all your cooking needs or grill a steak on the Weber Genesis gas bbq. Home is located mere steps from the Marina, beach, shops, ice cream and restaurants. Walk to the famous Bentwood and Stray Dog restaurants as well as Oink's ice cream. Located downtown is Barneys Market (liquor and grocery), quaint shopping and other restaurants. Did I mention downtown New Buffalo is only a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive? Want to enjoy a night out at the local casino? There is a shuttle to the casino that picks up at the Marina Grand Hotel, which is 1/2 block away. Enjoy the public beach and park, which is just blocks away (10 -15 minute walk). With a short drive you can enjoy Redamaks (summer only), Union Pier shops, restaurants, local breweries and wineries as well as the Indiana Dunes, Warren Dunes, Three Oaks, and all other fun activities Harbor Country has to offer. Winter fun includes Five Pines Ministries for snow tubing and skiing, which is only 45 minutes away. Home was totally renovated in 2019. Everything in the home is new! Welcome to New Buffalo! This cottage was clean and had many small touches that made our stay comfortable and fun. My only suggestion would be more complete instructions regarding the lights in the living room. We had a time figuring out how to turn them off. Also, attend to instructions regarding locking the door. First time, we left and the door was not locked (you need to confirm). All-in-all well laid out and comfortable. Great place.

Beautiful house in a great location. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go...shopping, restaurants and the beach. The house was very clean. Would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area

House was just as described. Very close to town, quick walk to everything. House was just perfect for our group of 4.more than enough space. Nice backyard. Host was very responsive and answered texts very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

My 4 friends and I stayed at Catherine’s house for 2 nights. We loved that the location was a short walk to both downtown and the beach. Catherine’s house was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Catherine was quick to respond to any inquiries. We would stay there again!

Catherine’s Cottage was immaculately clean. The house is charming & has all the little things anyone might need. The yard is beautiful, we really enjoyed the fire pit. During our stay Catherine was quick to reply to our questions & help us out. We love the quiet New Buffalo beach town & the house is a quick walk to both the beach &,downtown.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in New Buffalo. We fired up the grill, used the bonfire pit (which was already stocked with ample firewood), and played some outdoor games in the backyard.
Catherine was also a very accommodating and responsive host. I would definitely recommend staying at her property!

Property was as advertised. Lovely cottage - very clean, well stocked and super charming. Easy access to all the hot spots in New Buffalo. Owner was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was a great home to stay at while visiting New Buffalo. The property owner was very responsive, accommodating, and great to work with. She has thought about all possible needs of her guests and it shows in her home. I would highly recommend staying here.
