This gives couples or families the option to separate the unit into two spaces. The upper level offers a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a spacious king bedroom. There is a twin air mattress available, please bring your own linens if you plan to use. Please note that there is a shared, coin-op laundry room in the lower level of the resort building. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home. SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and on each of their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assignees. We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, and for the safety of guests, our home and neighbors, you are expected to follow our house rules and check-out procedure. If it is discovered that any house rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit all monies paid (including any unused nightly rental fees and deposits). This Agreement is between the owner of the Vacation Rental (your “Host”), and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (“you” or “Guest”). You agree that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay. This includes ensuring each individual in your party or otherwise present at the Vacation Rental is aware of and in compliance with the terms identified in this Agreement.
