Home was beautiful, clean and updated. Everything we needed for our stay. Will stay again!

This house is decorated in a modern and beautiful style; everything was clean, organized and just an overall very nice place. There is a train nearby, but I only heard it when we were hanging out in the backyard. The grill was a definite nice touch as we stayed in the fall and it was still good weather. This house is set up with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Extra blankets, towels, even fans are stocked. We were there for a truck show and it worked out great for my family and in-laws to stay with us. We always cook our meals while we’re on vacation, the kitchen was really well set up. Plenty of plates, glasses, and baking sheets, and pans, etc. Only suggestions I would offer might be to have a mixing bowl and some extra kitchen towels. ☺️ Lovely house, great location. If we are in the area again next fall, we will definitely try to get this place again.

The house is tastefully redone, on trend, & very clean. Bedrooms & bathrooms very nice. Windows abound, so no lack of sunshine. Pull down shades when need privacy. Neighborhood slightly sketchy but not terrible. House was closest VRBO to college student so wanted to check it out this time in Springfield. We sat in the small pool after 100 degree dorm move in & it felt good. Our main reasons for opting for VRBO are for kitchen/ability to cook & overall “home” feel after long days out. I was grateful this property had a grill since we frequently do that at home. The beds were average for comfort, but I’m used to a really quality mattress at home. So my feedback is in that comparison. TV difficult for my husband to figure out at first. It might be a good idea to leave basic instructions. Negative: Very uncomfortable living room couch & only 2 other low back upright chairs in living room. Recommended kitchen supplies: More than 1 kitchen towel & some kitchen wash cloths. Also glass prep bowl that doubles as serving bowl. We made due so did not need to contact owner. I cook & clean up often, so use these tools often. Lastly, there is a heavily used railroad track very close. It thankfully doesn’t use a train horn, but a light sleeper will hear. And sometimes you can feel the vibration.

This home is very nice! It has an adorable backyard with a little pool that is like a little oasis! The espresso maker is AMAZING as well! Everything is new in the home and the beds are very comfortable well! This home is worth the price and then some. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very pretty and clean. The couch isn’t as comfortable as I would have liked, but is nice and functional. There were many thoughtful touches. The neighborhood is older, but no issues. There is a train several times a day that makes rumbling noises, but no whistles. I would stay there again.

This VRBO was everything the was promised. It as a very nice house with all the amenities. The kids enjoyed the stock tank pool. It was close to all the attractions we were interested in visiting. I would highly recommend this house for your next stay in Springfield!

The host/owner of this house nailed every detail! Beautifully decorated and has gone over and above with all of the bonus amenities. Gave the place a charming touch for sure!! Host was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations for restaurants. The neighborhood was an older one but for our purposes that didn't bother us. I would say the charm of the house and host more than made up for it!
