Fake hotel, no physical presence

No support or guidance to reach the hotel location, personally tried to locate but no physically presence found as per landmarks given in the address

The experience was disappointing due to dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, and the lack of basic facilities.

Rooms are clean

First of all staff were very rude, didn't provide bedsheet,towels, soap not even a water bottle. The water bottle given in the room were tap water not sealed. ..if we ask for anything they give lame excuses. For example we asked for change of bedsheet because it is dirty n i traveled with my 4month old daughter the excuse they gave was laundry wala didn't come yet this continued from 7 o clock evening to night 10 o clock. I booked the room for 2 days n checked out in one day.

ATTENTION! Kindly dont book this hotel . The phone number is used for scamming people. The hotel owner should take action against the scammer but i think they are involved in this together.

Hotel corridor smell bad due to near by restaurant,pathetic bathroom needs lots of renovation,not recommended

Not recommended if traveling with kids. The hotel is not at all kids friendly. Getting food for kids and water will be a big challenge. Otherwise, its an okay hotel if travelling with friends and have a low budget. But know that the staff is highly unprofessional, rude as most people mentioned in the reviews and the rooms are stinky, damp with dirty unclean wooden furniture. So think 100 times before you book your stay here.

The worst ever hotel visited. No proper passage to the rooms. Seems like going round n round for rooms. If it rains heavy ,it will be like sliding on corridors. Pathetic room services, worst part is the breakfast, be attentive while having coffee there, you might find flies inside coffee. And now comes the most bizzare movement , when you switch off the Ac in your room, you will find droplets of water in floor. Hence you can switch off the AC . And if you love taking bath under shower ,then please don't stay here ,coz only few lines of water comes out of the shower. Cheers

Very bad experience. Do not stay at this place. DO NOT! The service is pathetic! We ordered food at 8pm and kept calling them until 10pm only to discover they didn't have our order. And in those two hours, they were telling me that my food was being prepared. And then they served cold rice. Literally cold! Also, you will not feel the warmth that is expected from the staff at a hotel. Will recommend everyone to look for other options.
