Hotel encantador , localização excelente.

Quarto amplo, cama grande, roupa de cama excelente! Banheiro muito bom ! Café da manhã muito bom. Não tivemos o que reclamar. Atenção dos recepcionistas foi muito boa.

Merece la pena.

La atención y calidez en el trato que dispensan es magnífico, para tus problemas o inconvenientes, ellos disponen de una solución, en mí caso, fue así, la señora Flor, un encanto.

Las fotos del edificio y alojamiento en general, no me parecen recientes, algo muy normalizado en todos los alojamientos que visito.

NO será mi opcion para futuros viajes a Bogota

La ubicaciónn es muy buena. Es lo unico rescatable

Muy mal los amenites de la habitación. Sin jabon. Sin shampoo. Sin toallas,. El desayuno pesimo. Yo había estado alojado antes y me sorprendio lo mucho que ha bajado la calidad.

Bathroom needs some maintenance.

The property's location is great, but it needs significant maintenance on the inside. The bed was too soft, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The water in the shower was yellow, and we had to wait for it to run until it became clear. In general, the property requires substantial improvements given its excellent location.ts excellent location.

Bed mattress soft, I personally prefer a firm mattress.

good location. breakfast is ok. late night guy is very helpful.

toilet didn’t work. like it’s on low flow and doesn’t get the waste down. no. not flushing paper. shower just has a hose. the holder for it is meant for a real shower head. temperature is ice cold or boiling. only hand soap. had to beg for a tiny sliver of body soap. then the cleaning lady lied and said they didn’t have any. seems to allow lots of s tourism. paper thin walls. my neighbor had three girl over in a row. all night long. I could hear everything.

Probably good for the price, but lacking amenities and detail.

The location is perfect. Close to parque 93 and a mixed high end residential area with expensive hotels, nice restaurants,and other affordable options. A very walkable area. The staff was pleasant.

They are stingy with the towels and soap. There were no hand towels, just one bath towel for each of us (2 guests). We asked for more towels, and they brought one hand towel. I later asked for extra towels at the reception and was told they would be sent but they weren’t. The rooms were kind of cold. There was no heat in the apartment,which is probably true for almost all hotels in Bogotá, but the bed just had one comforter. There were no extra blankets in the closets. I woke up several times feeling cold. There was no safety deposit box, though instructions on how to use one were still on the closet door. The soap dispensers in both of the showers have been taken out. No small bars of soap, just a tiny little bottle of liquid soap and another tinny bottle of shampoo. When they did change my towel the second day I still didn’t get a hand towel, just a new bath towel, and the towel for the floor for coming out of the shower was wet, not just a little bit damp. The kitchen looks kind of cute, but you will need to have your own coffee and sugar, which I did. However the kitchen has nowhere to plug in anything. You have to take the coffee maker into your room. I think we paid 788000 COP for two nights. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I have also stayed at their properties by Parque Virrey, and the one that was called Country on Cr 15 close to 85. I think it may have closed during the pandemic. I want this place to be successful, but if the Sheraton across the street is close in price I would probably stay there next time.

Alot of money for bad service

Clean enough

Had to ask 2 times to get towels for the room and even then I got 1 towel from the staff for me and my partner, the TV didn't work and I asked reception to fix it and it took them 2 days. There was bulbs that were out in the room so it was very dark. The staff put me in the wrong room to start with and I had to show my booking on my phone as they adamant I was wrong.

It is very close to Parque 93 which has many nice restaurants. It is a quiet area and a great location to move around Bogota. The staff is super friendly!

It felt more like an apartment complex than hotel. The room was outdated and needs an upgrade and maintenance. Price-Quality is out of proportion. For the same amount of money there're better hotels around.

Good location and price for the value. Attentive staff and comfortable pillows.

The room I got had clear water damage in the bathroom, probably associates with the lack of ventilation (yes, any odors generated in the bathroom will either be saved for later if you keep the door closed, or quickly fill the rest of the room). The shower's water temperature was unstable, quickly jumping from hot to cold during usage. The breakfast was underwhelming with just a handful of options and terrible coffee. The wifi range was bad. My room was on the far east and couldn't get a stable connection.

The breakfast was great. The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very accommodating. There is 24/7 front desk which is nice. I'm not sure what is in the area for walking distance, but most things seemed a reasonable uber/taxi ride away.
