Downstairs - Kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a twin over twin bunk and an additional single twin. Upstairs - 2 more bedrooms & 1 Bath. 1 with a king bed, while the other bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed. Bring your boat! There are 2 boat ramps on Lake Weir and 2 restaurants both navigable by boat and anchor out right front by the beach. Want to stay in? Publix is 15 minutes away or order Kroger delivery and enjoy a cookout under the shade of our mature oaks. There are boat and jet ski rentals available. I'll provide info prior to check in in case you are interested. Guests have full access to the house including the tv with roku, laundry room, bath towels, beach towels and linens, 2 car carport, beach, beach adirondacks, and full patio. Guests also can enjoy the separate covered, screened in game room with ping pong table. House Rules: - NO SMOKING on ANY part of the property (Indoor or Outdoor) - NO Parking on grass - NO moving of any furniture (indoor or outdoor) - Keep screen door closed at all times (Do NOT prop open) - Keep enjoyment to our property. Do not overflow onto neighbor's beach or near their boat lift. - NO adults on top bunks - Do NOT use top bunks with fans on - Use bunks at your own risk - NO access to: dock, boat, boat trailer, shed, outdoor game room closet, front cottage. - Quiet Hours - 10:00PM-8:00AM - NO Parties or events - NO Pets - NO Early check ins - NO Late check outs Security Cameras are present on the exterior. 1 is the ring doorbell. The 2nd protects the entry door from the lake. It is located on the porch.
