Located right in the heart of Newport's Broadway District, you are only a few short steps away from some of the best restaurants and shops in town. A 10 minute walk puts you in the middle of Newport's famed waterfront with access to everything this old sea town has to offer. Dogs are welcome for a fee. No Cats due to allergy. The space The house has a a living room, kitchen, half bath and laundry on main floor. The back door opens out to the large private deck with hot tub. Two bedrooms and full bathroom up stairs. This is an older home, the staircase is fairly steep so please be comfortable with stairs. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. But please be courteous of our neighbors! There is off-street parking for 1-2 cars and plenty on on-street parking.
