Price and staff

The room 6 floor was noisy all night but still fortunately, the staff changed the room to 5 floor but guests staying in front of the room are rude not respecting the rights of others makes a lot of noise

great area walkable to any place and taxi can be halled from nearby road

The hotel was OK but we only stayed there one night because we were miss lead by the location

When we made the booking they ripped us off by putting location on beach road Central Pattaya which is 30mins away :( The staff were also very unhelpful and rude on the desk and on the phone We tried our best to contact and get at least a partial refund but as we were miss lead by the location from the start as we had no contacts living in North Pattaya.. The Customer service man was OK at the start kept talking over me on the phone and refused to at least reimburse us :( My family and I are devistated about the way we were treated as it wasn't our fault 3 taxi drivers could not find the property and staff were very unhelpful on the phone and gave the incorrect address

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like rather something to improve is the pool.. A little bit of cleaning up and changing the water would be nice… but the rest it’s really Good.
