Street address sent had no apartment number so when I entered the multiple story building it could not be determined which apartment I was booked for. I sent text, emails & made several phone calls and no one was available to resolve the issue. After two hours of exhausting every communication option. I loaded my bags into my friends car and went to a concert that we purchased tickets for the month before. The location to pick up the keys and drop off is on the other side of the city so that was also ridiculous. I finely got in after 2:00 am when the owner or property manager sent me the details.
