Built specifically for large group vacations at 4,817 sq. ft with 1,217 sq. ft. of covered porches, this BRAND NEW in March 2023 home is luxurious, spacious and well appointed. Loads of Amenities - Private Pool, Spa, Large Covered Patio with Cooking area, Polywood Furniture for dining, lounging, rocking, TV, Turf areas with Bean Bag Toss and Hammocks, String Lights, Landscaping, Privacy Fence. Inside, the Master suite is large with a King bed, 2 comfortable chairs and a gorgeous tiled zero entry shower, soaking tub and large walk-in closet. There's a secondary Master with King bed, walk-in closet, and lovely en-suite full bath with handmade vanity. The great room boasts 12' ceilings, antique brick walls, 3 sofas, TV, custom dishes cabinet, 10" island and range hood. There's a refrigerator in the kitchen and another in the pantry along with a custom coffee bar. Separated from the 2 Master's on the other side of the Great Room are two Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, a Laundry room, game room with a queen sleeper sofa , a TV, table tennis and a game table. Another full bath is shared with the two story bunk room that sleeps 10 on twin beds. Kids and adults alike will go crazy over the super spacious Bunk Room with stained wood walls, a table area for eating or games and a safety lit staircase. There are 2 AC systems and a Mini Split system 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 water heaters to provide a comfortable environment and plenty of water for bathing. Enjoy the oversized covered patio area with 2 dining spaces, cooking counter with Blackstone Griddles, a TV, polywood benches and rockers. There's an outdoor fireplace with a wood or charcoal grill and firewood is even provided. Take a dip in the saltwater pool. It can be heated or chilled and loungers are provided for sunbathing or just relaxing. Then enjoy the hot tub or the hammocks while the kids play bean bag toss. **You can also bring 2 fur baby up to 20lbs. This home had absolutely everything we needed! Space galore! So clean! Everything is new and decorated beautifully. We loved using the white dishes and clear glasses. The outdoor area is perfect for gathering and the pool is a great size. You can see it from the living area and master bedroom. The pool bath is a great feature and we used it as much as the master bath. The large island in the kitchen was another one of my favorite things! We piled our things on here just like at home! It’s so large there was plenty of room for every guest to gather. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Ping Pong table is a nice extra. I have absolutely no complaints. You’ll love it for your friends & family.

The property was wonderful with space and amenities that far exceeded our expectations. The house itself was just gorgeous and the decor so well planned and beautifully appointed. I genuinely learned to appreciate the love that went into crafting the home. Thanks Kim for the decor and special thanks to Doug for the masonry. We had a wonderful and relaxing Time. Joe

I have stayed at many properties but this was certainly in the top 3! The property was aesthetically pleasing and well kept! Kim and Doug were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and available. Just a short drive to all the main attractions and the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Our group LOVED Indigo Manor! We traveled as a team for the USSSA National Softball Tournament and this location is perfect for the Gulf Shores/Foley sports park facilities. It is also so convenient to drive to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido Key for beach time! With 19 people in the house including 6 teammates (11-13 years old) and their parents/siblings, we never once felt cramped, or like we were lacking space. Kim and Doug have thought of every amenity possible to make this space perfect for large groups. They were also the absolute best hosts ever! The house and outdoor area were immaculate and gave us hours of enjoyment playing cornhole, swimming, or relaxing in the hammocks during our time between games. This is a great space for any large group. We could not recommend more!!!

We decided last minute to bring our daughter and her close friends for a mini vacation before they all go their separate ways for college. I found this property and because there were no reviews I called Kim and she was very nice and helpful, she pointed me to her other property and the reviews were great. So we booked. Let me tell you! This property far exceeded our expectations! The house is very spacious, clean and was more than enough space for the kids to enjoy themselves. They really thought about and anticipated their guest every need, when they designed this space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals down to the seasonings. The laundry area had laundry detergent, they even had beach towels for us to use. The outdoor cook top was a great area to cook and allowed us to all socialize when while cooking. I hate wasting food so I also love that they take leftover food to the local fire station because we over bought food and I couldn't stand the thought that we would have to trash it. All the kids have raved about the house and how nice it was. I will be passing their information along and will rent from them again in the near future. If you are thinking about this place as and option DONT WAIT BOOK IT NOW!

Your house is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, and open! The bunk room was a big hit with the kids! Beds were comfortable! The pool and outdoors even better! We all had a great time relaxing by the pool, in the hammocks, and even the hot tub! You guys are so welcoming, sweet, and amazing! Communication was perfect! Thank y'all again so much! We will definitely be letting everyone we know about y'all's property!
