Fully remodeled home with primary bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Bring your family and friends together at the dining room table or mingle around the large kitchen island. This home is centrally located and still accomplishing a beautiful and serene setting. The basement apartment (Marys Gatehouse) can also be booked separately and sleeps another 4 guests. The Home: This newly remodeled home is two floors with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, private office space, living room, half bath, and primary bedroom with a King bed and attached full bath. The remaining four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms upstairs contain two King beds, one Queen bed, and the bunk room with two Twin beds and one Full bed. ARTopia is full of beautiful artwork by a local Greensboro artist and is available for purchase and shipment. Outside, you can enjoy the serene backyard overlooking mature trees and a quaint pond bordering the back of the property. You will also find amenities like a Bocce Ball court, horseshoes, BBQ grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy and entertain. There is a two car garage (garage door openers are available upon request), two parking spaces in front of the garage, and free parking on the street parallel to the driveway. Drive a Tesla? There's a FREE Tesla charger in the garage for you and your group to charge up. Guests have access to the main floor and upstairs. The basement is separate unit available for rent separately (Mary’s Gatehouse, also can be found on Airbnb). Tucked away neighborhood close to all major road accesses Two car parking is available in the driveway. Free street parking is available on Hawthorne St, parallel to the driveway. Do not use fireplace. Please honor quiet hours so you do not disturb other members in the house. No weapons of any kind allowed on the property!

We rented this beautiful home in Greensboro to attend a family reunion. We flew in from Texas and Seattle and the home accommodated all our needs. What a beautiful, walkable neighborhood and the location was so convenient to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were very high quality. The outdoor area was lovely but we did not get to enjoy it because it was cold. You will not be disappointed in any way with this 5 star home!

This property was exactly what our family needed! The layout was great for our diverse group, the home was immaculate and well stocked, and the grounds were beautiful. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to spent there!

We so enjoyed staying at this lovely home with our family for a wedding in Greensboro. The home is so spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out! We also really enjoyed the big backyard and being able to have a game of horseshoes! We would highly recommend this lovely home!

This was a delightful and well-equipped place to stay. The 9 of us had ample room to spread out. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood that was still close to everywhere we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again.

My family traveled to Greensboro from all over for my Dad’s funeral. We initially rented the house because it was less expensive than a hotel. It was great to be all together in this wonderful house. Lots of room to spread out, beautiful yard. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The owners were over a couple of times, checking on the lawn, and responded immediately when we mentioned needing a couple of things. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The location was great and the house was amazing. Stu and Linda were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to stay again!

This house was even better than we anticipated! The neighborhood was quaint and the backyard was beautiful. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the updates on the entire home were so impressive. I appreciated all of the detailed instructions left on the counter. It made checkout quick and easy. We hope to stay again next year!

We were in town for a convention and stayed at this home. It was perfect for us and we especially enjoyed having the horseshoe pit. A very clean/neat home and located near the end of a dead-end street which greatly enhances privacy by limiting the amount of traffic for a home in a more urbanized area. We will try to stay there again for any future conventions held in Greensboro.

We were in Greensboro for my granddaughter’s high school graduation. I rented this house for my family, as we could not all stay with my son. The house was fabulous, and I want to stay there again!

There were a couple of negatives. We weren’t aware of the separate basement rental unit until after I had booked the property and the parking was definitely inadequate for a 5 BR house plus a second rental unit on property. Getting the garage doors working may resolve the parking issue. Otherwise everything was great.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We were able to have family over for our daughter's college celebration. The house was big enough for us to move around comfortably. The location was ideal to everything we need for the weekend. We had an awesome time. Hope we can come back soon.

Lovely, spacious home hosted 3 families with room to spare. Well- appointed with everything you need and perfect location no matter where you want to go in the area. Updated kitchen and baths, along with comfortable inside and outside areas make this a great choice, especially for a large group. Highly recommend it.
