Wanted to use the pool could only use it once. To far from other places.

The outside looks nice
There was like a vacuum pump or water pump that goes on and off every seven seconds and we could not sleep until 1am, this is when the equipment was shut off. Breakfast is very poor, croissants and horrible coffee.

The surroundings of the villa are beautiful
Rooms are old fashioned, bathrooms with cracked tiles, mouldy smells, insects in rooms

Everthing from the hotel.
It is not the hotel in the photos, wifi very bad in the rooms, no heated water, no pool, uncomfortable beds.
4 members of my family had to come to shower every evening, because no hot water.

Location is good, but a bit noisy because it's almost on the motorway.
Accomodation needs refurbishing, very poor customer service, you never find someone at the reception, staff member during breakfast was very rude, coffee is heated in microwave, light in rooms are very poor.
