not enough drinking water in the room

We liked the quality of bedroom, bathroom looked like in four star hotel, with cosmetics and towels. The food at breakfast was great as well. The location is not so far from the center,located at quit street though.

The facility is like two stars or guest rooms. The design inside is out of the trends, but neat, clean and comfortable. We have gotten a room which consisted a big living room, bathroom and bedroom, very very spacious. Most important thing which ruined all the good impression was the service. When we arrived it was some party at the restaurant which is also a reception. I had to look around, nock everywhere, enter the kitchen to find a receptionist, but couldn't. Then she appered from the party room and not even apologizing or saying anything. On top she was not willing to give us a parking, however after I was very disappointed she directed us to the empty parking. I had to ask about breakfast, as of course, this also was not said about timing. The menu however was in English, and food was good. Next day there was another person, looked like her husband,he coocked us a breakfast. However he was not aware how to check out me, and pressed on me that I should have known about payment. He started to call his wife. The facility, by the way, from outside hard to find. It looks like some private property bach yard, not welcoming at all. I had an impression the owners made it for some close friends, or some close guests. Because when you are inside it looks good, and the quality of room is very high.

Hotel is located in a central location within Lviv. Often took either a short bus no. 52 journey or taxi into /out of the city centre. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were only booked for 2 nights but ended up staying just under a week which tells you how good this hotel is! Food was tasty, we had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel most days and always thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The hotel grounds were very nice inside and out and was a very comfortable place to stay. I recommend this hotel and should I return to lviv in the future would most certainly stay at this hotel again!
