A fantastic option for a stay in Xi’an with an unbeatable location

Amazing location - insanely good value for money when you consider how central this hotel is. The hotel itself is also lovely, large rooms with good facilities. The staff are very helpful. It’s a little tricky to find as is on the 9th floor of a block (but don’t let this put you off - it means it’s really peaceful despite being right in the centre of town!).

While we appreciated the eventual rectification, the lack of attention to detail and inconvenience overshadowed our stay

Our experience at the hotel was marred by a disappointing oversight. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that despite the listing boasting air conditioning, our room lacked this essential amenity on the first night. The stifling heat made for an uncomfortable and sleepless night, leaving us frustrated and disappointed. Although the issue was eventually resolved for the second night, the initial discomfort tainted our overall impression of the hotel.

Good located hotel for a weekend trip

Good location, quiet and comfortable rooms

The hotel is called "Stone hotel" wherefore we couldnt find it under the name "Dream Designer" (like here on Booking) at Apple maps. Also it is located on the 9th floor of another hotel. We didnt read the message they sent before arrival and it took us some time to find it.

L'emplacement est bien. La chambre suffisamment spacieuse et les toilettes sont à jet. Parfaites pour avoir le trou d'balle au frais même durant l'été

Difficile à trouver, En effet l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très mal indiqué ,et invisible depuis la rue du fait d'une grosse enseigne Mercure à l'entrée

Très bon séjour !

- Très bien situé, près d'une sortie de métro et des lieux de visites et des commerces - Les instructions envoyées en amont pour trouver l'hôtel - L'accueil malgré le fait que la personne qui nous a reçus ne parlait pas anglais (merci les applications de traduction) - Possibilité de laver son linge gratuitement - Propreté de la chambre - Confort du lit

- Pas eu de recommandation sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants aux alentours - Pas de carte de la ville avec les points d'intérêt (uniquement des payantes)

Confort et proximité du quartier musulman

Chambre confortable, excellente literie. Réceptionniste très agréable et efficace. Très bien placé vis à vis du quartier musulman et la Drum Tower.

Chambre manquant de chaleur à mon goût mais c’est le style moderne. 😉 Difficile de trouver l’hôtel il manque la signalétique.

Great stay, recommended!

Great location and beautiful place. The hotel is located on the 9th floor of the Mercure hotel, so it has facilities like laundry and gym. The decoration is nice and the staff always very helpful.

Doesn’t have restaurant so no breakfast options, but down the street are a lot of places to get food. Also the room has like a little bit cigar smoke smell.

酒店地点非常好；房间很干净整洁；价钱合理；冲凉水压很大很满意；柜台人员很好，会帮我们收淘宝货，也帮我们下单买宵夜（因为我们不会用app）；安排交通机场来回，司机也很准时。都很好这家酒店，价钱便宜也方便！没啥可挑剔了。

Building 没有酒店显眼大招牌显示，搭滴滴司机无法找酒店，即使给地址，尤其夜晚时候方向不知道也不确定。

Excellent hotel right in the middle of the city

1) The staff of this hotel are all very friendly and helpful 2) The location are very good (150m from Zhonglou Metro exit 8) exit B is nearer but only have stairs but exit 8 have escalator (for those with heavy luggage) Right across the road (from Hotel) is the pick-up point for all tours (exit D of Metro) 3) There are plenty of travel agency nearby that could assist in booking tickets for performances in Xi'an + tour 4) The bed are very comfortable (European standard). You do NOT get those hard bed like other China hotel 5) Laundry room are superb! 2 big washer + 2 big dryer (enough for a weeks laundry/load) and It's free. Don't even need to buy detergent/softener (it's auto dispense) 6) The rooms are exactly what you see in the pictures I would have given 10 for ratings if not for bad mobile signal and fridge issue

1) No fridge in room (Chinese drinks hot drinks but foreigners drinks chilled juice/beer or even keep fruits chilled) 2) mobile signal are very bad in some rooms (may miss important phone calls from relatives or company)

Great trip with a perfect Hotel.

The Hotel is very modern, exceptional and the rooms are very great. The staff is also very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great location, everything can be reached quickly from there.
