The grounds were absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The house was perfect for us- plenty of room and a wonderful bathroom. The owner. Amy. went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and we are looking forward to staying there again in the spring. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!!!!!

Amy and Chris are amazing people, very attentive with excellent communication. I unfortunately fell ill with pneumonia the very first night I arrived but Amy and Chris went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed including offering to go grocery shopping and pick up my prescriptions. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the cottage is very well appointed and the bed is super comfortable. I will definitely be back very soon. Thanks again Amy/Chris

We loved staying here and had everything we needed and more! It’s a great location to historic down San Juan Capistrano and also had great walking trails. The bungalow is decorated with beautiful Hawaiian decor and the garden is amazing with available fruits and vegetables not to mention fresh eggs from the chicken coop!! I want to thank Amy for being such a wonderful host who was so helpful, friendly, and generous and definitely went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely return again!

We stayed here for a friends wedding and it was nothing short of perfect. The location was central to everything we needed. The spot itself was serene and private. The backyard is a true oasis and the house was exactly what we needed for the two of us! The host, Amy, was attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit.

The “cozy bungalow” is a great place to stay! The bungalow is located in the back of a house in a nice SJC neighborhood. It is a very spacious place for two people with a separate bedroom and a nice Hawaiian themed décor. There’s a place to park your car off street and a side entrance so you can come and go as you please. Amy, the owner, lives in the front and is readily available to handle any problems (we didn’t have any). The bungalow is private, peaceful and very very clean! The entire space in between the house and the bungalow is a tropical/succulent garden. It’s like having an arboretum in your front yard. Downtown SJC is close by and the beaches 20 minutes away. A perfectly wonderful place to stay. We’ll be back ASAP!!
