Nestled just 5 minutes away from the bustling downtown and the prestigious OSU campus, this charming home offers a relaxing retreat for up to 10 guests. Unwind in the cozy ambiance of two separate living rooms, and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen letting you cook the meals of your dreams. Pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard. Come experience all of what this wonderful city has to offer! Main floor now has ac window units! This is a pet friendly home with a newly updated fully fenced yard! There are two separate units that you have access to in this home. The 2 bedroom basement apartment can be accessed by an exterior door or through the interior door which we will unlock for you. The main 3 bedroom apartment is on the main floor and second floor upstairs. You will be the only guests at this home and be able to use both units as you wish. Please note that because of this property's convenient location, you may experience road noise. Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. - NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. - Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: •Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! •DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. •We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! •Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. •Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you. •The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only. •When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this. •Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it! There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), a $120 per week per pet fee for all cats (no longer than 2 weeks please)- crating them is required. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. *Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.

We had a wonderful family Christmas at this house. There are lots of steep stairs, so beware if you have trouble with stairs. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. The rooms are small. Overall we had a wonderful holiday.

Well appointed house was great for our family stay in Corvallis. Comfortable beds, very clean, and a welcoming atmosphere. Convenient to downtown and campus. There is traffic noise from 99, but it does drop off at night.
