Dining with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living area with large smart TV. 3 way bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry sink. 4 burner hooded gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility, clothes line. Plenty of room for parking cars and boat with a driveway next to the house and a driveway at the side of the house. Garage not for use. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).
