Awful would never stay here again

Price was good

It was damp, there were bugs in the lights, millipedes in the bath, spiders in the windows, it smelt bad and the noise from the highway was very loud, the fridge froze everything, and the kitchen area was tiny and unusable, we left in the first day of a two night stay it was unbearable.

This is a poorly maintained / presented property. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere

The sheets were clean and the shower was hot - that's it

No personal check in The air-con heater couldn't keep up with the leaks around the front door...we froze all night The carpet / furniture / doors / etc should all be thrown out The table / chairs on the balcony were chained up This is a very poorly maintained / presented property

Absolutely Atrocious establishment

Nothing because I left after 5 minutes in the room which was absolutely disgusting to say the least.

Self check in machine was useless, NO after hours number for assistance, after 1hr trying to check in I open room 7 and was knocked over by a strong odour of dust and body odour. I turned light on only to find mould/excessive amounts of dust ,dirty fingerprints allbover the mirror, window and microwave door. I entered the bathroom to look and was even more appalling as there was mould ,whole tiles gone from where one would stand in the shower, hair and fingerprints on shower door. The carpet in the room was utterly filthy and bed linen smells like body odour! I was in there for 5 minutes maximum and the last straw was turning on the heating to have dust blowing out of the vent. I immediately turned everything off locked door and returned the room key!! I have a mould and dust allergy and was red rore from head to toe in that short space of 5 minutes. It was the last of the money I had paying $120 for 1 night so due to the condition of the room I had to spend the night sleeping in my car (this is dreadful at the best of times but even more difficult when you have a Disability as I do..... I have requested a FULL refund.

Great for a stop over while traveling

It was great for a stop over for a family of 5. Kids 16,14 and 12. Comfy beds, and being so close to the train track, our room was near silent due to noise reducing windows that have been installed

The bathroom was very outdated as was the kitchenette. It had tea coffee facilitys, but no milk.

ideal location, direct entry to the highway, 5 minutes from anything, 10 mins from the 3 sisters.

The bathroom door seemed to have water damage, there were wires hanging from the ceiling on the balcony, the towel rack in the bathroom seemed loose so we did not use it.

overpriced, noisy and rude staff

I got a room where you actually couldn’t lock the door properly. although it was fairly clean, it’s in desperate need of an update. so I would say very over priced for what you get. very close to the road and railway so bring ear plugs. staff was very unhelpful and rude. would never stay again.

Disappointing

Sorry, not much. Looked for budget accommodation so got what I paid for.

Didn't realise it was literally on the highway at traffic lights, so noisy with traffic and trucks at all hours.

Nice but traffic noise

The room was great, had everything I needed, the shower quality was excellent. 24 automated check in.

As the address suggests the Motel is on the Highway, so if you are a light sleepper a more quiet location is advisable, otherwise this Motel is quite good.

if your a shift worker I HIGHLY recommend you NOT stay here as I finished my stay early to travel home as sleep is almos

shower was hot.

the AC sounded like a Mack truck, the noise of the highway is unbearable, the blinds in the room were pointless, parking is a huge pain due to no marked lines so people park like tools, price is asking way to much for where it’s located.

A very comfortable bed in an older style property

Conveniently located, noise from the highway and railway wasn't too bad. Bed was super comfy. Shower had great pressure and nice hot water. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

As the motel is in close proximity to bushland, you get the odd fly or grasshopper in the room. It's not a big issue, and they were easy to chase out.

THERE WAS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS MOTEL WAS SO DISAPPOINTED

THE ROOMS WERE FILTHY THERE WAS BLACK MOULD EVERYWHERE THE BEDS WERE ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE AND THE STAFF RUDE AND UNHELPFULL SHOULD BE REPORTED TO COUNCIL ABOUT THE FILTH

Convenient location. Room nice and warm - bed a bit saggy.

Convenient location although Motel is on Highway so a bit noisy but the Airconditioner drowned out most of the noise and the windows are double glazed. Room was nice and warm with kettle and fridge
