It states there is a "pullout" couch in liv room. It is a couch. Remove cushions from back . Not pull out. There was only 1 sheet for the couch. Blanket and pillow. Mattress pad and bottom sheet would be nice. And a comforter. Specifically let them know ahead of time we would be using it. And to please have ample bedding. And asked about pullout. Reply was....it will be as stated in description.

Parking none available and we had to park farther away. Frustrating. Then tons of fairs all in our sheets and a dirt wash cloth sticking out from under our bed.

Up to date. Very clean for the most part.

It is a loud location. Partying throughout the night. Bathroom had hair left in shower drain from people before. Not a lot of parking available at facility, but we found street parking.

New amd nice, contemporary.

Couch didn't convert to bed, reservations said would sleep 5. Parking was taken by bar patrons taking most parking.

Everything was clean & neatly organized ! Staff was very professional !

The parking was hard, garage had limited parking a parking on the street was a little tight .

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Front bedroom small Quite a few night noises from neighboring bars and street traffic

The room was clean and all amenities were available. The shower was newly remodeled, nice touch.

The bed was exceptionally low and hard to sleep on. The couch was too shallow and difficult to sit on as well. A lot of outside noise. Surprised about that since we weren’t even downtown.

It was amazing. Great view very clean.

The water was Luke warm , so you could Def turn up the temp some. Parking is concerning as there are very few spots.

Great location & well designed with all the basics you need. I would definitely recommend it.

The only negative was the sofa bed was not comfortable & lacked bedding.

Location was great. I liked the general layout, modern design & idea behind the hotel, but it badly needs oversight. One, single outstanding customer rep on the phone line for help. The bed was comfortable, the pillows terrible. Having a balcony was nice, but not a chair or table present, although there was plenty of room. It would have been HUGE if the door to the balcony actually locked.

I wanted so badly to love this place. Customer service by phone was poor & a huge amount paperwork/photo submission prior to check-in. I’m vision impaired & needed help with the inordinate amount of paperwork to be done before check-in. With the exception of the first customer rep, I received very poor service & was basically told to ask somebody in the airport to help me complete the paperwork. I arrived close to midnight, and Check in was a nightmare. The Code from garage to building did not work so I could not enter the building After about 7-8 minutes, other guests arrived & had the same problem. I called Cust Serv, had to leave a message, wait for a rep to call back, then I had to take pics of entry door & the door lock that was not working and send the pics to customer service. See 1 Pic below. I ended up paying the Uber driver extra money to wait for me in case I didn’t get in the building. It felt unsafe because after finally getting in the building from the garage, that door then refused to lock, the Door to the apartment did not close all the way unless you made sure to pull it towards you, hard. The door to the balcony was unlocked & had a deadbolt lock that required a key & but no key was present so the door could not the locked. The balcony faced a remote, uninhabited dark side of the building & was accessible to anybody who was willing to easily climb up a story or two onto a balcony & just walk in thru the unlocked door. I put suitcases & chairs in front of the door for safety. No safes in the room, so I had to carry all cash w/my & didn’t feel my computer or other belongings were secure w/the balcony door issue combined w/the main door issues. Several towels were randomly lying on the floor at check-in. The kitchen counter had residue & stains that came off w/a paper towel & soap. See Pic included.

The location is great for East Nashville, if you're seeing a show at The Basement East, you can't beat it.

It's a little loud. You can hear people talking loud and shouting in the street at night, but overall it was an excellent stay.
