Great place to use if you have late night/early morning flight.

Walking distance from airport if you don't mind a short hike along high speed roads. We got a full apartment with 2 queen bedrooms, but didn't really need/use the second one. Aircon very strong.

WiFi barely worked. Hosts kindly tried to fix it, but to no result, it would only work randomly for few minutes every hour. Likely wrong settings in their router. I read it in other older reviews too, so they should definitely address it.

Good location, roomy, but Wi-Fi, noise, and amenities need improvement.

The location is excellent, being conveniently close to both the airport and Tanjung Aru. The parking facilities are ample, and the room size is reasonably comfortable. One notable aspect is that they don't use card access for electrical connections, allowing us to keep the air conditioner running all day. This feature ensures that the room stays cool as soon as we enter and also comes in handy for air-drying our towels.

The WiFi password is posted in the room and at the reception, but after connecting to the WiFi, the speed remains slow and struggles to load pictures. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room appears to be inadequate, as I could hear the staff cutting fingernails outside our room, as well as people talking outside our room. Furthermore, they didn't provide us with a hair dryer, and the shampoo packets were challenging to open, given that we are not allowed to carry knives or scissors when traveling by plane.

Beyond expectation

Great concept hotel. Room provided is worth the stay. Quiet neighbourhood. Grapevine garden is nice. Water pressure excellent in shower. Air conditioning very good. Self check-in and out is bery convenience..

Very closed to the airport, best choice for staying one night to catch the early flight. Self check in & check out is very convenient. The grape vine is lovely. Wish had more time to spend in the garden.

Hang a larger sign or logo of the hotel name. Not so easy to find the hotel entrance.

The route towards the room was creepy at night Noisy The route that we followed from the airport to this place wasn't made for pedestrians - we walked by the road and dogs barked at us. It's close enough but for comfort get a grab.

Closer to the KKIA, the airport. In just five minutes. The host was good and quick to serve.

We booked for two single beds, but we were given 1 small kind of queen bed instead. We called the staff at Grapevine Garden because we didn't receive the two single beds we had reserved, and they explained that the issue was caused by a fault or technical problem with the booking.com agent. Despite trying to contact booking.com to resolve the problem, we found ourselves wasting a lot of time without a satisfactory resolution. Consequently, we had no choice but to accept the room that didn't match our initial booking. On a positive note, the host was understanding and accommodating; she provided us with an extra mattress. However, to avoid similar issues in the future, I highly recommend confirming your booking details with the staff at Grapevine Garden before your arrival. This ensures that you get the room type you expect for a pleasant stay.

The location is very near to KK airport. And the staff is very nice.

The cleanliness need to improve. The water heater a bit difficult to adjust, it could be very hot or no hot,luckily they have a pail in the bathroom to mix ourselves.

Personally i will rate this hotel 6/10.

The room was small and need television at least to entertains the customers, the toilet was small and the bluetooth speaker in the room was difficult to connect. For those who want to stay there for short time that is okay but if you were thinking too stay more than 1 night not really a good place to stay.

The bed was good and comfy.
