NO smoking anything in the house or on the property. We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras and have a noise monitor. You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept. Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
