While the smells can vary, they are typically associated with the natural ebb and flow of the canal. Getting Around: Guests can travel the island with golf carts( rentals nearby available), cars, trolley, monkey bus, or by walking.Easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. Other Things to Note: HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you. NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the condo for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7 --Minimum Age to rent is 25years old. —If the tradewinds aren't blowing the no-seeums (little bugs) can bite! Make sure you protect yourself with bug spray or long clothing during these times. Interaction with Guests: You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary.
