Other Things to Note: 1-This condo is on the ground floor of a building so you may hear upstairs neighbors. 2- It's cooler than upstairs houses and doesn't have a lot of sunshine other than in the morning. 3- There is no central AC but we provide fans. 4- Up to 2 pets are allowed with $150/pet or $300/2 pets. We may have to request additional money from you. 5- For 30+ day stay, we may request to do a background check and sign additional lease.
