The two large dining tables that seat your entire group, are perfect for enjoying meals together, or for playing board games or card games. Meal prep is easy with our large kitchen, fully stocked, and 2 full size refrigerators to load up with all your groceries. All of the mattresses in our bedrooms are chosen with your comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful Table Rock Lake area. On the second level, you'll find a sports bar decorated with some fun team's memorabilia and equipped with 5 TV's, allowing you to watch multiple games simultaneously. Subscriptions to Hulu with the extra sports extension are included, ensuring you never miss a moment of the action. The lowest level of the property features an outdoor area complete with hammock swings, a fire pit, a selfie-worthy photo wall, and a hot tub, offering the ultimate relaxation and entertainment experience. You will need to take a short drive to the dumpster. We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels (if you have time). You just need to start the washing machine. **Take advantage of our amazing construction rates! There is a discount already applied to our normal rates due to community construction. Please be aware that there is currently construction occurring in this development as they add more amenities and homes. There will be daytime construction noise, the parking spots have not been marked yet although there is plenty of parking in front of the home, and the development has not been landscaped or totally completed yet.
