Good stay, nice and modern, but room was a bit small.

Great location, clean environment, modern, good facilities.

Room is very very small. Its ok for one person but got cramped with two people. The shower is so small it is difficult to wash. Didnt love having to climb into bed. It was also a bit noisy but thats apartment and city living.

Okay, aber Preis zu hoch.

Die Lage ist gut und der Stil der Unterkunft auch.

Leider war der Stromgenerator direkt vor der Balkontüre. Immer bei Loadshedding ging dieser an, was besonders Nachts ein schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster unangenehm machte. Die Frei liegende Matratze ist an den Rändern sehr unstabil, weshalb man hier zu zweit bei 140 cm Breite gern mal runterrollt.

Great place to stay in sea point!

Place is great, very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen. There is laundry in basement so it’s good option for someone who needs wash clothes. Area is quite, around 10min by uber to waterfront. Staff is helpful and kind

Super location!

Location! Several great restaurants, coffee shops within 2-3 blocks, so you can also walk to them at night. Secure parking under the building. The styling of the appartement is good, and highly functional! Everything was clean. Very nice shower. The gym has good weights, benches and mats. Some of the machines we broken however, but we still had a good workout. The studio has a slightly wider (1.50-1.60m?) bed than the appartements, which is recommendable if you are a couple.

We booked a room with a balkony, but our appartement was sort of in the basement. There was a patio, but the view was a big grey wall and the appartement was quite dark. We shared our disappointment with the staff, and were offered an appartment on day 3 of 5 a floor up, but as we had to cancel our day trip to move, we declined. Also, during load shedding the generator kicks in, but I think the generator is located in the basement under the bed and woke us up several times in the nights. This is specific for our appartement (G06), but I think this appartement should be rented out for a lower price than the other studios.

Un soggiorno piacevole, forse troppo costoso.

Posizione ottima. Letto comodo. Building nuovo e stanze con stile, molto moderne e giovanili. Tutti i comfort a disposizione (asciugamani, asciugacapelli, utensili della cucina, elettrodomestici..) Parcheggio custodito (a pagamento) e servizi di Lavatrice e Asciugatrice (sempre a pagamento ma comunque pochissimi ZAR!)

-La doccia nella nostra stanza è sicuramente da sistemare, lo sportello non si apriva benissimo, ogni volta c’era la paura che cadesse/si rompesse il vetro, in più l’acqua non andava giù e ristagnava nel piatto doccia, probabilmente lo scarico intasato. -La piscina davvero davvero piccola e sporca, quando siamo saliti noi era pieno di gente quindi abbiamo fatto un tuffo e siamo ritornati in camera poiché non c’era posto per sedersi o sdraiarsi, peccato!

Mycket trevlig personal som ar mycket tillmötesgående och serviceinriktade. Bra läge invid seapoints promenadstråk och bekvämt taxi avstånd till Waterfront och stränderna vid Clifton.

Not really for business travel..

This is a residential building with some rental units or so it appears.

There is no space to put down a laptop and get some work done in the room that I was in. For this reason, I will not book here again. There is a communal area for doing that which is right in the passage to the lifts going up and therefore not convenient.

Comfortable apartment

This is a lovely apartment with a unique layout and nice design touches. Well-stocked kitchen and other supplies, plus reliable wi-fi that stayed on during load shedding. The location of the apartment is great for exploring the city, everything is easily reachable. Helpful and pleasant stuff.

4 nights in Sea Point

We highly recommend SixOnN. The staff are delightful and Matthys looked after us really well. Our apartment was well equipt and very comfortable. Location is 100m from the promenade and restaurants yet there was no noise. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing customer service!

As a solo traveler, I was so grateful to have found this spot. Matthys and the team are the absolute best best best, always providing everything their guests need and always being available. Even during the taxi strike, when they were a little short staffed, they really came together to make sure everything was comfortable ❤️

Best spot in Sea Point

I kept extending, simply because of the amazing service that Matthys and his team provided. They are genuinely the best crew! The rooms are so beautiful, clean, and everything works great. Even when I was a little cold one night, the team brought me a heater. Communication is also amazing. 5 starts is simply not enough to express how amazing Six on N is. Thank you again, and see you soon!

Pleasant stay at a great location.

The Location was really great, 100m from the Ocean promenade. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and a supermarkets around the corner. There is an underground parking. The room was nice, clean, and the bed mattress was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Matthys was very helpful and great at communication.

There were some homeless guys who made their homes just opposite the street from my room. They would even wave at me and ask for something to eat by making signs that they were hungry. I had to keep my curtain close at all times to avoid seeing them and them seeing me. You have to pay everytime you want to use the small gym room. If you go to your room and get some water and come back you have to pay again. You have to pay to use the washing machines and dryers.

Amazing location and facilities and wonderful staff

Staff are above and beyond. Friendly, responsive & approachable. Spacious apartment and nice touches in interior and furniture. It feels home. Plenty of cupboards and wardrobes. Sparkling clean kitchen and bathroom. Laundry eqipment are clean and reasonably priced too. Def recommend them. Also plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores with a short walk.

I may be a little extra demanding, but I’d appreciate a firmer mattress.

This booking became a rental…. And i will be returning

There are so manny working and packing surfaces! It is truly a gen of thoughtful design and practical solutions that has been put in to these rooms. This has become default base of operations in Cape Town.

Its a new building and there are a lot of gears that has to be oiled. So cleaning and coordinating schedules took a double take to smooth out. The upside is the incredible helpfully staff, that goes above and beyond

Small, simplistic and just what I needed for the few days I was in the area.

The location was perfect for where I needed to be for the duration. The deli downstairs is amazing as well and another added bonus is that there is an onsite gym that I made use of as well.

The room tends to get a bit stuffy during the night due to a lack of ventilation. It would be great to have air conditioning in the room.
