Die Lage und das Personal waren top und ganz wichtig die Klimaanlage funktioniert 🤣🤣🤣
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen was ich aber bei dem Preis absolut nicht schlimm finde

The location on the river and near the nightlife was excellent. The reception staff, particularly Hamen, were very helpful. You can stay street side, which can be a little noisy at night with young revellers until 2am - it didn't bother me - or for a slightly higher charge, stay on the riverside with wonderful mountain views.

La parte esterna per la colazione è in un' ottima posizione, ha un bella vista sulle montagne. Il ragazzo indiano che lavora alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile.
La stanza a noi data non è stata quella prenotata, o corrispondente alla foto: molto rumorosa, suddivisa dall'attigua da un parete di legno quindi si sentivano tutti i minimi rumori ( voci, movimenti...). Il bagno trascurato, con l' asse del water rotto, il balconcino sporco. In tre giorni nessuno ha svuotato i cestini e abbiamo dovuto chiedere con insistenza un cambio di asciugamani. L'area comune della colazione è in una bella posizione ma mal tenuta e poco pulita.

Extremt hjälpsam och trevlig person. Hjälpte oss när våra bokade turer ej blev. Bra frukost. Toppen läge, nära till allt.
Fanns ingen riktig dusch utan endast en duschkran mitt i badrummet så allt blev blött när man skulle duscha.

The room has everything you need. Good location nice balcony and the lobby restaurant area has a beautiful view. Breakfast was not good at all but everything else was great

The view from our third floor room was stunning, but even if you don’t select a room with mountain / river view the open air dining area at ground level is light, airy, very spacious and has amazing views too! Our triple room was a reasonable size, traditional in style and bed comfortable. The staff were always smiling and keen to help. In general a lovely feel to this place. I recommend!
The double doors to the balcony didn’t fit quite right so was concerned about mosquitoes, although with a coil burning outside and air con on we had no difficulty.

De service was super goed en de werknemers zijn super aardig. Het verblijf ziet er schoon en netjes uit. Je kan veel activiteiten regelen bij de receptie en een scooter huren

The owner is Vietnamese and very helpful in pre-offer the Lao Kip for my friend. The receptionist is also helpful to book a tuktuk for us to go the train station.
The view from room is not nice and the breakfast is quite simple and not Laos style.

Je dois reconnaître que les deux points positifs sont la gentillesse du personnel et l'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre ville
Le breakfast est médiocre . Café ou thé en sachet avec une tranche de pains et un plat à base d'oeufs (omelette, scambeld...) Vraiment pas grand chose à tel point que je complétais le breakfast en allant dans un resto local avec un vrai petit déjeuner.
par ailleurs tout est vieux et vétuste , donc apparence sale. De plus pas d'ascenseur. La salle de bains est d'un rudimentaire : une pomme de douche à côté des WC et une eau chaude qu'il faut allumer auparavant. De plus, le lavabo était bancal.

Personeel was enorm aardig en heeft ons met van alles geholpen ze spraken ook goed Engels. Het was het beste ontbijt dat we tot nu toe hebben gehad. Het ligt vlakbij het centrum en vlakbij veel activiteiten. De kamers waren erg ruim met een mooi balkon.

L'emplacement était top, nous avions une chambre avec vue sur les montagnes et le couché de soleil était magique !
Le personnel est très gentil. Nous avons également profité du service de blanchisserie :)
La propreté de la chambre n'était pas parfaite mais nous avons parfaitement pu dormir dedans !

It's a good place to be not far from the centre. The staff is nice and attentive. The rooms are good with good view from the balcony.
