Walking distance to the Village of Del Mar and Cedros Design District. Del Mar Dream has recently undergone renovations: New Kitchen, flooring, paint, fireplace, laundry room have created a wonderful gathering space for our guests. Del Mar Dream comfortably sleeps 4 adults and can accommodate additional guest on the sofa or infant/toddler in a pack-n-play. Both bathrooms have 2 sinks each. The master bath (ensuite) has a shower stall and the guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully stocked, we have beach equipment for your enjoyment as well. The condo is located on the 2nd floor, end unit. It is single level inside. We do have an elevator (in addition to stairs) for access. Guests have the enjoyment of the entire condo I am available by text or phone and live in the building if needed. The Beach Colony is a highly coveted area due to its easy walkability and close and easy beach access. This area is all flat and great for all ages. Car, Uber/Lyft. walking VRBO bookings are not eligable for the credit card processing fee to be refunded if reservation is cancelled (this includes reservations within the cancellation period). If traveling with 5th person, sleeping would be on the couch or in a pack-n-play. Costa del Rey is a smoke free property. If you do smoke, please do so off property and dispose of your cigarettes properly. If you are traveling with a dog, please clean up their waste and dispose of in trash bins.
