While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters out with monthly pest control, there is the possibility that one may come through an opening. To respect our neighbors, we DO NOT tolerate excessive noise, parties, and events. We have "Noiseaware" devices installed only for excessive noise measurements, and mostly for outdoor noises, but it does NOT record audio. The Noise detectors will alert us of excessive noise, and unruly guests will be asked to leave premises with no refunds -additional fees may apply.
