Access and amenities were nice, the staff was great
The floor was sticky with cleaning product and the sheets smelled as though they were not dried completely prior to putting on

Not a big room. No microwave. Small fridge. Walked in on a maid on my room but didn't request house keeping.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.
It couldn’t be helped but the hotel faces a busy road and is near the hospital so you hear sirens all the time and the local kids “drag racing” in the wee hours of the morning. If you stay here, bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. There is WiFi but you either have to join their rewards program or pay for access. So, sure, it’s free but now I’m going to be on their email list and I’m drowning in unread emails already.

It was a good value as it was just a nights stay from airline travel

I didn’t know I had to pay a deposit booking.com didn’t say that and talked to someone at hotel earlier and they said I was good for payment already

I liked the atmosphere, near several restaurants.
When we checked out the billing was mixed up, took several days to resolve. One of the treadmills was broken, the staff didn't appear to be very concerned to have it fixed.

My family and I were put out of the hotel this morning. They claimed they did not receive payment for our stay.

Ice machine on Level 3 was missing its lever arm so it did not work; however, the machine on Level 1 did work.

I loved that it smelled clean and new. I liked that it had spaces for privacy downstairs and that they had breakfast.
I didn’t like the small refrigerator you couldn’t put anything in and it was off level maybe had a foot missing only one microwave in the building at the desk. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was a flashing red light in the middle of the night. All night long. There was no hot tub. The pool was freezing. no brown sugar for oatmeal.

Very clean and up to date nice hotel
Walls are paper thin and was kept up all night by how silent the room got but how loud the outside traffic was.

Breakfast was great. Location was in a great area.
Housekeeper just walked in our room while were still in the room. No knock at the door to give us a warning that they was at the door.

Very clean facility with like new feeling. Very spacious room.
No microwave in room. Could use a chair/chase in the 2 queen room. Had to listen to the front desk phone ring continuously through breakfast (9 am) since there was no one (staff) at the desk.

The breakfast was acceptable. Variety could have been a little wider.
The desk clerk who checked me in was so very personable and caring. She made sure all of my needs were accommodated and that everything was satisfactory. There was nothing I didn't like. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and all of my needs were met. The area around the hotel is growing and TRU is a great addition. I will stay here every time.
