The property itself is lovely. Especially the bathroom and the kitchen area. The door between the kitchen and the garage requires fixing as the latch is broken.
Garage is below minimum required size. Car didn’t fit. WiFi details wrong. TV not able to be worked. Supplies not stocked. Prior tenant garbage left in garage. Amongst other things.
