Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und konnten die spartanisch eingerichtete, eher ungemütliche Küche sowie das grosse, saubere Gemeinschaftsbad ganz für uns alleine nutzen.

Über die Unterkunft hiess es, andere Gäste schätzten die Lage. Und unser Zimmer habe "Gartensicht". Ein paar Blätter eines Baumes sahen wir und sonst vor allem viel Strasse, einen Kreisel mit sehr viel Verkehr. Die Gartensicht war also ein völliger Reinfall. Nachts konnten wir wegen dem Verkehrslärm das Fenster nicht geöffnet lassen.

The room was very clean, access to the hotel was easy. Nice to have a kitchen to use, but we didn't. Reaching hotel from Lugano was rather easy with the bus. you could well close the windows from light and the noise of the city. We even had a fireplace in the room, good for the winter time.

You can hear everything through the doors, the are not well sealed, and we had a poor neighbours - Italian speaking very loudly outside of the rooms even after midnight.. I missed the information about the shared bathroom I guess, I wouldn't choose it but it was okay. We had a small problem with a code, but with a phone call we made it quickly.

Room had a bed. And I needed one. But the restaurant is very good, and in itself well worth a visit. So sleep somewhere else and go eat here!
