1. It’s overly complicated to check in as I booked this accommodation for someone else. I have to fill in all the information online whilst we were already arrived at the place with all luggages. We literally stand in the street finished the online check in process and we have to pay another £300 deposit. 2. The lift was not working, entrance door to the building was not able to close. There are ppl smoking weeds inside the building. We have a 2 yrs old baby and we have to carry all luggages and the baby budge all the way up to 3rd floor. 3. WiFi is not working all the time, even after several contacts with the reception, still not solved. 4. The area is super unsafe, group of youngsters hanging around in the evening, making big noises and screaming. Really regret too much that we booked this place.

When I arrived, there was a note on the door warning of rats, then the lift was out of order, and looks like it had been for some time. I was up 6 flights of stairs. When I arrived in the apartment, there was no wifi like promised, I text the owner and they said to turn the router on and off, even though there actually wasn’t one. They then just never responded during the whole trip. Me and my boyfriend could not not get any work done like we really needed to. The tv didn’t work because there was no internet, the fire alarm kept beeping, we actually had to go out and buy a pan to cook with as there was absolutely nothing, no pots, no shampoo or conditioner, there was a washing machine with no washing products. I went out for a little bit, and came back to the building and I actually got locked out, as someone had locked the front door from the inside. I was locked out for a couple hours and the whole trip was just really disappointing especially for the money I paid, and they also asked for £300 deposit which I wasn’t aware I had to pay until after I booked it.

I like the rooms and living area is so nice And it easy to caught bus and tube station very good location

Because I drive far away from Huddersfield to Romford London and I was thinking about driving throughout in London its costive so I use newly train our all mighty Queen Elizabeth trains to connect with others trains where ever you want to its safe place i can simply say if are going for your holiday with your family is better place for you to lodge bus 86 to Stratford city is 24/7 too

Great accommodation modern and convenient for transportation. Excellent communication, clear instructions and always willing to help. If I come to Romford again it's a no brainer where I'm staying.

Modern, comfortable and near to station and amenities. Lovely flat to stay in.

Would be helpful to have a car parking spot, though can easily obtain a spot nearby on a new raking website.

nothing the property had no curtains covering the window. the host is the most terrible every! the company service is poor! they are unresponsive and arrogant! a rip off
