I enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn very much. First of all, it is a brand new hotel, and everything is sparkling clean. I appreciated that cleaning wipes are provided for free by the elevators, as an extra touch. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with everything the modern traveler could need.

I would have appreciated it if tissues and more towels were provided in the room, and that housekeeping was automatically provided each day during my stay (the hotel only provided it every-other day, as an understandable cost-saving measure). The hotel is also not really within walking distance of anything--a car is a necessity in Durham. But these are all minor critiques--I would not hesitate to book here again.

It was super clean and spacious. The room included awesome features, such as wireless tv control and auto adjustment of shades. It was also not loud.

Just the proximity to the interstate, but that’s not something that’s the fault of the hotel.

Everything was brand new, the staff was friendly, and we appreciated that they provided actual plates and cutlery (instead of just plastic).

Nice new facility, located close to eating places and only 7 minutes from Duke University Hospital. Very friendly environment and great staff. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was on point.
