TJ was an amazing host and always responded within minutes. The newly remodeled home is fully stocked with everything you need. While the pictures are great, it is even more beautiful in person.

My family rented this house for our Christmas vacation and love it! The host T.J is very response and got back to us quick. The house had everything we needed. Only a 5 minute drive to a Walmart and Public and only 20 minutes to the beach. We are planning to rent this house again next year! Loved it!!

The house was fantastic!! You can tell the house was thoroughly renovated; everything looked new! The house was nicely decorated. It was spacious enough for four adults and two kids. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the pool. We loved it!

TJ’s house was a gorgeous, updated, private oasis that had everything we needed while visiting family in Sarasota. Beautiful decor, comfy furniture, and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. The pool bathroom was a great bonus when enjoying the patio and pool. Close to stores and a pretty drive to the nearby beaches! Would definitely recommend working with TJ and staying at this beautiful home.
