💎 Nestled in a quiet neighborhood 1 block from Battle Creek Park. Super clean & cozy! 💎 Battle Creek Regional Park consists of 1,840 acres of natural area located just outside a highly developed urban environment. Extensive areas of woods, wetlands, and grassland attract many species of wildlife. Trails offer visitors the opportunity to see many species of wildlife including deer, fox, herons, egrets and hawks, along with the beauty of the natural plant communities. House Rules & Additional Notes: 🚘 4 vehicles max, 2 normal size vehicles can fit comfortably in the driveway and 4 is a snug fit, we highly encourage car pooling if you have a larger group 📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood 🌷🌸 We have air fresheners on every level of home. Guests are welcome to unplug them but if you have any allergies or sensitivity to stronger scents our rental may not be the best accommodation for your visit in St Paul 🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up 🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM 🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required 🌞❄️ Garage does not have heating or AC. ☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
