It was a quick overnite so I didn't spend much time in the room. The vallet parking was very handy when arriving at the hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable.Access to the Xcel Energy Center was very easy.

Hotel staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Room was big, bathroom was big. Only thing we didnt like was the beds were uncomfortable. Didn't hear people in the halls or above us. Also didnt hear people outside after the concert.

The lobby smelled like cat pee, not sure if it was chlorine or what. It was just in the lobby.

Totally got ripped off with parking. The hotel only offers valet parking. I parked at the parking ramp across the street and after was told overnight parking. Then I had to pay the hotel for $35 valet parking on top of of the $20 I had already paid. Fix the parking. I also think the driver pocketed the money.

Hotel is less than a year old. Clean and new. Bed was comfy. No better place to stay for attending any event at Xcel energy center! It’s literally across the street. Restaurant and bar onsite. There is a pool, the only thing that would be better if there was a hot tub.

We stayed to be close to the XCel energy center. Check-in was quick and easy, valet took our car and parked it. Check-out was quick, and the valets were literally running back and forth to get people their vehicles back quickly. Gym is nice and spacious. Room very clean. Would definitely stay again next time we go to an event downtown.

A+ experience!
The hotel is new and everything felt pathetic and extremely clean.
I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone we encountered was so accommodating and went out of their way to smile and be friendly. MN nice at its finest!
We were at an event at the xcel energy center and so the hotel was very busy, that did make the over all noise level a a little louder than I would prefer.
I do understand that is to be expected when filled to capacity.
I will definitely stay here any time I am in the area!

I booked the Courtyard of its location to the Xcel Center. It was perfect(across the street). The only thing I don’t care for is that the Marriotts do not include breakfast and they only have valet parking which adds on 35$ to the price.

Weekend spent with family. We hot to the hotel way early trying to best a snow storm. They were able to accommodate us immediately! After some white knuckle driving this was so appreciated! ONLY complaint was I thought out bathroom was really cold. A heat light in the ceiling would be great!

We were very happy with the Marriott courtyard. We were in town for the Wild games and the weather was horrible-cold and snow. The staff was very accommodating in letting us get into our room early as we had driven in some awful weather and we were stressed and tired. Even though the weather was horrendous and our team lost both games, we had an awesome time. The staff couldn’t have been any more friendly, welcoming us back each time we returned.

It is a wonderful new hotel. Super close to the Xcel. I wish that they would keep the little restaurant/bar open all day not just a few hours in the morning and a few at night. Parking is a problem.

Not impressed! Booked almost 3 months in advance for king bed arrived to they have a two double bed why the chaos of reservations if you don’t get what you requested!

Front desk staff super friendly and professional. Valet parking system was a bit confusing. Place is super modern and clean. For a newer hotel was disappointed in how hollow the walls are. Was hard to get a good night sleep with traffic noises from outside.

We stayed New Year’s Eve after I had been to the Wild game. New hotel which is nice room was nice clean but had no access to coffee as the machine in the little food and beverage store was broken no bar open and no restaurant I might try again once there are other options but the information regarding this property is misleading

I reserved a room with two queen beds and got a room with one bed and a pull out couch. My back is aching today. Valet lost my car fob and brought me the wrong car. We waited an hour for our car.

The check in and check out process was easy. The rooms and hotel were beautiful! Staff was friendly, the valet was nice and convenient didn’t have to go looking for parking. 10/10 would recommend this hotel and location.

Amazing hotel! so clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. Valet parking is expensive but it’s nice knowing your vehicle is safe and secure. Will definitely be back!

Homeless encampment (tent city) across the street. Adjacent to the Dorothy Day Residence. We observed several ambulance/medical calls to that location during our one night stay. The entrance to the hotel property is difficult to find as it is located in an alley half way in the block and one must pay $35 ( tax) for valet parking as there are very limited options for overnight parking.
The property itself still had the new smell to it. Nice and clean. Employees were excellent but appeared to be short staffed. Breakfast was tasty. I would go with the french toast again. The pool was a little chilly at first but recovered quickly. No hot tub.

Hotel was clean, nice and staff was awesome. You have to Valet park because there is no place close that allows over night parking. But Valet service was courteous and speedy.

It was a very nice hotel and great location across the street from the Xcel Energy Center. The check-in went smoothly and the valet service was quick to get our car. Starbucks is served in the hotel along with a nice selection of breakfast items to purchase.

Abosultely the best front desk/check in service. The young lady checking me in was so personable, efficient and very kind. Great 1st impression. Would highly recommend this hotel.
