Physical facilities. Plywood panel for 2nd-floor balustrade. Bathroom door that didn't close completely. Drapes that didn't close. USB port that didn't work. No towels in the room: pick up at check-in. Prison-like front desk.

Good location.
No blanket or bedspread at all. One flat sheet. Gave us one towel, one washcloth at desk at check in. TV was ancient & wouldn't turn on. Not even a 2 star. Room was hot and took forever to cool off.
