Great place, not sure I would stay there again as do not like being told to be quiet at price point

Location good, It was clean

The person downstairs complaining when we were not being noisy two of us watching TV with the volume down low.

Jim was a great host, they was tea coffe and milk on our arrival which was great the apartment was beautiful very clean.

Lovely maisonette (Tyneside flat) in great location.

Wonderful location close to Metro but with great places to eat 5 mins walk away.The flat is huge and comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen well equipped so if you wanted to self cater you'd have everything you need. (Tesco Metro and small Sainsbury right on the doorstep.) Owners were helpful and communicative. There's a large double bedroom with en suite in a loft conversion and good sized double on main floor.

Not a dislike, but be aware this is a residential area, and in a trad built flat noise from this upper flat does carry downstairs. It's not the place if you want to be making noise after 11pm.
