Our unit is just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of all the fun Ocean City has to offer. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance! This property is right next door to the historic Gillian's Wonderland Pier Amusement Park. The space: This property is a 9 bedroom duplex and this listing is for the lower unit consisting of 4 bedrooms. In this unit, you'll find an open concept living/dining area with a big flat screen tv and a fully equipped modern kitchen with access to a large balcony. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and equipment you would need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay if you would like a break from eating out every meal. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on this level. 2 of 4 bedrooms have access to the back balcony. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire unit. We will email you an access code for the smart lock on the door and you can come and go as you please. Other things to note: Important: We provide pillows, blankets, mattress pads, comforters, hand/dish soap but you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, body wash, shampoos, etc. Beach tags are needed to access the beach during in-season rentals (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
