The manager talked loudly on the phone the whole time we had dinner. And talking about her private problems. It made our expensive dinner rather unpleasant. We cot a clear impression that the staff was not content working there.

Nice stqy in a convenient location on your way around the island. Lots to do in the regions if you're spending a couple of days.

Best location to see the waterfall. We were able to visit it both at night and in the morning. Very quiet for good sleep.
The room is rather small without sufficient lighting in my view.

Breakfast is not included but available. We enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant. Access to Godafoss is great, very easy to hike to both sides of the falls. It was handy to be able to park right beside our unit.
It would have been great to have a kettle in the room. We didn't ask for one and we didn't go to the restaurant to ask for hot water, so we are not complaining. Just a suggestion.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy. The food was delicius and tasty. The bath was big enough for an adult male. And the staff...they got a 10+. Great service in the restaurant. And the view from the restaurant is amazing.

Beautiful nature surrounding, walking distance to Godafoss waterfall. Comfortable cabin-like room. The inside room has nice wood panel floor to ceiling. Less than an hour to Akureyri.
No TV in the room. Breakfast is extra.
