Wonderful space but needs TLC

We booked one of the suites very last minute. The room size is amazing and the bed is very large and super comfortable. We had a very lovely breakfast the next morning.

The lady at the front desk was sort of nice but very sparse with information and she seemed to be in a rush all the time. Her dress sense matched her idea of customer service = very informal. The room was let down by the average fixtures and fittings: one of the bedlights was broken, the curtains were poorly fitted, one of the shutters didnt work, the bathroom is very small and the shower door didn't fit properly. Normally I wouldn't worry about these items but this is a property with pretentions.

On retournera, lieu très accueillant, bon parc à côté, lieu parfait’ proche de l aéroport et possibilité de laver la voiture de location à proximité. Ambiance conviviale et agréable. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Latifah made our Vacation

Het personeel, in het bijzonder Latifah, was erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. We zijn praktisch in al onze vraagstukken en knelpunten bijgestaan of ontzorgd. Wij hebben het als prettig ervaren dat er gebedskleden aanwezig waren om te bidden en het contact verliep dagelijks via Whatsapp m.b.t. of en hoelaat we wilde eten etc. Verder bied Latifah tegen een kleine vergoeding een ontspannen, adembenemende massage aan.

Niet alle informatie op booking.com klopt. Zo is er geen wasmachine aanwezig en is ontbijt op de kamer niet mogelijk terwijl hier wel mee geadverteerd word. Ergens is het ook misleidend dat alle tv’s in de kamers slechts sateliet tv’s zijn en je dus niet de mogelijkheid hebt om je eigen video’s/zenders/programma’s te bekijken. Op de foto’s op booking zie je duidelijk een Netflix, Youtube icoontje. De mogelijkheid om dit te bekijken is alleen maar in de gezamenlijke lobby.

Zalige rust buiten de drukte van Fez. Mooi!

Zeer mooi hotel. Mooie grote kamers met een aparte zitruimte met toegang tot een tuin. Alles schoon en netjes. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame dame aan de receptie! Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie tuin met allerlei soorten fruit. Prachtige terrassen met exotische planten aan het restaurant dat erbij hoort. Lekker ontbijt. Rustig gelegen buiten de drukte van de stad. Kamers kunnen goed verduisterd worden. Gezellig zitplaats aan het zwembad.

In de badkamer zijn te weinig handdoeken aanwezig. Maar je kan deze gewoon bijvragen aan de receptie. Wat kleine mankementjes zoals geen nachtlampje aan de ene kant van het bed. Geen glaasjes aanwezig voor tanden poetsen of drinken. Geen flesjes water op de kamer. Een beetje slordige afwerking in de badkamer. Maar ik zou dit hotel nog steeds 100% aanraden.

Toplocatie van/naar vliegveld of om bij te komen van de drukte van Fes.

Locatie vlakbij vliegveld Fes, rustig gelegen in olijfboomgaard, met restaurant en zwembad. Half uur rijden van Fes, kwartier van vliegveld. Nieuw complex, comfortabele kamers en erg vriendelijk personeel. Vraag Latifa om een massage, heerlijk!

Exceptionnel et inoubliable. Nous reviendrons !

Un accueil chaleureux , avec du personnel au petit soin, j’aimerai plus particulièrement prêter mon attention à Latifa. J’ai rarement vu une personne aussi douce et agréable ( massage, cours d’arabe aux enfants …) j’ai été malade durant le séjour , elle a réussi a me soigner grâce à des plantes ! Elle a un très haut niveau , beaucoup de diplôme , qu’elle n’hésite pas à mettre en pratique pour le bien être des personnes. Je la remercie infiniment. Le fils du patron et les autres salariés également, des personnes en or !

Tout est parfait, je me suis sentie comme chez moi avec une ambiance chaleureuse.

Les chambres sont très confortables et modernes. Riad luxuriant avec piscine très agréable Très bon petit déjeuner et en quantité Possibilité de prendre les repas sur place avec du choix 15 min de l'aeroport Le gérant est très professionnel, très gentil et arrangeant

Loin de la médina mais pas problématique pour nous car véhiculé Proposer le même accueil avec un thé de bienvenue et patisserie orientale à tous les clients SANS distinction. Le petit plus qui fait la différence avec d'autres établissements Un petit bémol concernant la réception( bien dommage) avec un probleme de télécommande mais qui n'entache en rien notre séjour... Je reviendrai !

A little oasis in the middle of nowhere.

We booked a room and it turned out it was an entire beautiful flat with a large bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room and a functional kitchen with the view on the pool. The place is relaxing, really cleaned. They have a restaurant, and the staff is caring and helpful.

If you don’t have a car you can’t leave the place, unless you call a taxi.

Peaceful place outside of Fes

Friendly staff & great restaurant! It’s a 40 min drive to Fes medina… however it’s a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

It was a bit dirty when we arrived (hairs in the bathroom, a T-shirt inside the drawer that didn’t belong to us…)

The position indicated on booking is wrong, we took a taxi to get there and ended up paying the double of the price because it was so far away. When we arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready and we got offered tea for the waiting time. After asking several times for the wifi we got told that there is none. The restaurant wasn't open yet but they brought us a pizza. After all the inconveniences the staff really did their best to make us feel comfortable offering us the dinner and the taxi way back and even went to the city to print our flight tickets! 10/10 for the staff who was really gentle and helpful and the place which is just beautiful! We got told that we are the first guests and that was also how it felt, it seemed that they weren't prepared for our visit unfortunately.
