We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Upon our arrival the host came over with the keys. The beach and the boulevard with restaurants, shops and bars is only minutes away from your doorstep. The apartment is fairly new and feels very spacious. Great value for money.

There is no air-conditioning, especially during the warmer months this might be a problem. Parking is not easy to find. The apartment, furniture and utensils are very basic. Small improvements such as extra towels, better pillows and more tableware would have made the stay much more comfortable. The curtains did not fully cover the window in the bedroom.

Rolig område, nært til strand, butikk og restaurant. Enkel og grei leilighet.

Kunne vært et info skriv om hvor man f.eks gjør av søplet.. Var også mangelfullt utstyr på kjøkken i forhold til hva som var beskrevet som inkludert. Badet manglet søppeldunk og toalettpapir. Dette ordnet vi selv.

The location is very good, close to the harbour area and sea front. The apartment was spacious and secure. The surroundings are quite and free car-parking was possible within a short distance or outside the door if a space became available (better to use the free parking options around San Juan.

The apartment is sparsely furnished for its size and very functional. The electricity supply appeared weak (notice not to use the cooker and oven at the same time). There was no air conditioning - it was not needed for our stay in January but might be an issue for Summer use. Water pressure was very poor in the showers but water got hot after wasting too much water. Did not do any cooking in the apartment and it would be challenging if we had too. Broadband signal was weak most of our visit and appeared to be shared with other apartments in the complex.

La ubicación a 70 metros de la playa es fantastica. El dpto es muy amplio y comodo, 2 baños completos para poder tener privacidad si son mas de 2 personas. La cocina completa, con muchos utensillos para agilizarte la vida y con horno empotrado. La limpieza perfecta, no habia cucarachas y eso es raro por el calor y la zona. La playa de san juan no es muy linda pero el dpto está en una posicion estrategica para moverte a las distintas zonas con auto. El dpto está cerca de varios supermercados lo que te facilita la vida. Sandra y Natalia son un amor con respecto a la atencion, siempre preocupadas por nosotros.

La conexion de wifi, anda, pero no es de la mejor.

Super lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży, kawiarni, małego sklepiku z pieczywem i owocami.

Jedno z łóżek miało niewygodny materac.
