Very poor
Supermarket at 10 mins walk
Very strange situation: not the right address on booking, owner of the grocery store who gives you a number to call then a car comes to pick you up... Finally you enter a building, by the underground parking lot, almost hiding, as if you were not supposed to be here. Quite creepy while the rooms are situated at the 7th floor. The rooms are very small, just the place to fit 2 single beds, without ceiling light.

Uncomfortable Experience - Safety Concerns for Female Travelers
The price was a bit less than other places
My friend and I recently had an unsettling experience at this place. As two young females traveling together, we expected a safe and comfortable stay. However, several aspects of our visit left us feeling uneasy and concerned about our safety. To start, the provided address was incorrect, and our initial pick-up was conducted by two men in a white van. We expressed our discomfort, considering our vulnerability as female travelers, and asked for the correct address. Unfortunately, their response, "You don't trust us?" only intensified our unease. Reluctantly, we agreed to be accompanied by one of the men to the property by feet. Upon arriving, we were led through a sketchy parking basement by the same men and taken to our room on the 6th floor. The lack of reassurance and the continuous presence of the men throughout the process added to our discomfort. The room itself was disappointing, small, and had an unpleasant smell. What troubled us most was the absence of a window that could be opened. The curtain was permanently drawn, leaving us feeling trapped and in search for escape routes, especially as the two men followed us all the way into this tiny room, and we felt helpless in case something should happen. In an attempt to be friendly, the hosts offered us candy. Unfortunately, this gesture did little to alleviate our concerns. The overall atmosphere just made us feel really unsafe. It's essential for the hosts to understand the unique perspective and safety concerns that female travelers often face. Being picked up in a white van, not receiving the correct address, walking through a suspicious parking area, and finding ourselves in a windowless room with two unfamiliar men all raised red flags for us. These are precisely the situations we are advised to be cautious about.

Generally I'm really satisfied with the stay and I can highly recommend it
I liked the friendly attitude of the staff, the driver who showed me m room and explained everything clearily, the peaceful area, clean bathroom with a heated floor, nice and cosy kitchen, the system of checking in and out of the room.
I didn't like lack of possibility to open the window and a paper on the window, because of which I couldn't see, what's outside.
