The owner refunded fully when we complained.

I had an utterly infuriating experience at this homestay. The cleanliness was disgustingly poor, with lizard droppings in various areas, an extreme amount of dust, and even cockroaches infesting the toilet. To make matters worse, the fan didn't work, the sofa was filthy, and the overall state of the place was abysmal. But that's not all; out of the five rooms, only three were accessible because the other two were locked! This outrageous inconvenience added to our growing frustration. We couldn't bear to stay there and had to find alternative accommodation. Thank goodness the owner fully refunded our reservation, although it doesn't make up for the waste of our time and disappointment. I strongly advise against staying at this disgraceful place.
