The newly remodeled Beachhome has a gorgeous kitchen overlooking the ocean, updated bathrooms and the most amazing ocean views of any condo in the area. You will love this end unit with windows on 3 sides. The LR balcony has views of the ocean, and the other 2 private balconies off the bedrooms have Rudee Inlet, marina and city views. Picture romantic evenings having dinner on the balcony and gazing at the ocean or visit one of the near-by restaurants. Start a new family tradition and come during the off-season; no large crowds so you can make your celebration unforgettable. It was at the end of boardwalk so it was quiet but we could still walk and enjoy all of the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and had top notch appliances. We can’t wait to stay there again!

This condo was perfect in every way. Immaculately clean and excellent location at the end of the boardwalk meant less crowds at the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 3 balconies allowed plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers to share as well as local family to visit.

We stayed for 4 nights as a mini-getaway to the virginia beach area. The condo allowed us easy access, from walking the boardwalk and the shops on atlantic avenue to driving down the road to the excellent aquarium.
The condo was very well appointed, with a fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, and plenty of comfortable seating. We enjoyed the view from 3 balconies, saw naval jets flying over, and even got in a swim in the pool. The owners were extremely responsive via VRBO messages, and we'll definitely consider this place again for a future virginia beach stay.

Really enjoyed our stay despite the snow storm. Location is wonderful. Room is a corner unit and has incredible views. Hosts were very responsive and accomodating. They even left a lovely welcome note wishing my daughter a Happy Birthday. The unit is well maintained, clean and was perfect for our group of 6. One elevator was not working for the duration of our stay which made getting to the 14th floor sometimes take longer than it should. However, it was a wonderful visit. We will definitely consider staying here again in the warmer months.

As an initial note Regina and Phil are the most attentive and responsive hosts we could ask for. We arrived later in the evening the night before Thanksgiving only to learn that our linen rental from Oceans Rental did not arrive and no one from that company could be reached. I contacted Regina for suggestions and to my surprise she had her husband drive 45 minutes to deliver 5 sets of sheets and towels to us, which really saved the day!
The condo is spacious and modern and provides excellent views of the beach, boardwalk and city. The location is at the start of the boardwalk, perfect really, being close enough to attractions and restaurants but yet quiet. We look forward to a return trip soon!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. Very comfortable. Nice to see beautiful sunrise and sunset from multiple balconies. The weather was great for November - walked a lot on the boardwalk. Enjoyed Watermen’s restaurant and our favorite Il Giardino nearby. Easy process from start to finish with excellent, responsive host/owners.

Some colleagues and I used this property for a virtual work conference over a long weekend and the place was perfect. Gorgeous views on all sides, comfortable, and large enough to have our own space if we needed it. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. Loved it and look forward to staying again.

My wife and I were excited to see our grandchildren and son and daughter in law for the first time in over 18 months, and the condominium at Dolphin Run was perfect. We are already planning a return trip in May,but it looks like we will have to look elsewhere due to availability. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful 30th Anniversary getaway for us! The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and full of pretty finishes and updates!! Location was wonderful - quiet part of the beach right beside Rudee Inlet. We walked to almost everything!! Hosts were great...communicative and responsive to questions, making checkin and checkout effortless!! And truly appreciated the sweet anniversary treats we found in the fridge!! Highly recommend!! 😊

The description of the property was spot in. Check in and out was seamless. Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Condo was beautiful and extremely clean on the inside. We loved that we could walk to places to eat and shopping. Only thing that could be better is keeping the outside of the property cleaner. At the main entrance on the cement in the middle of the ramp leading in to the building laid a dead carcass of a half eaten sandpiper for more then a day. With having small children it was a gruesome site.

The condo was great! It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable (very well decorated). The views were amazing! You could see the sun rise sitting on the deck facing the ocean and the sunset off the bedroom balconies. We saw lots of dolphins and the beach was great.. Check in and out was very easy. I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice property that was right on the beach and very close to restaurants, within walking distance to activities at Rudee Inlet, and a short drive from the aquarium. We found it super nice and convenient and had a great time. The only downside was that the AC units were loud when turning on and running, which kept some of us awake. The washer and dryer are also shared in building and not in the unit itself. A great stay overall!

Will definitely be back. Clean comfy- seconds from beach and boardwalk. Lots to do. Can walk everywhere. The owners were great welcoming and were really helpful to ensure we enjoyed overall experience.

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults & 3 children. When we arrived, we were not able to park in assigned spot due to our truck being too big. However, the front desk made accommodations for us. This condo was equipped with everything we needed & more. Little extras like a welcome snack basket was so kind. Condo is nicely decorated. We only had minor issues. T.V. reception in bedrooms wasn't always good & the Doliphin Run pool was closed for most of our stay. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The condo is a perfect location at the end of the boardwalk near Rudee's Inlet. Can't beat the view. I have paid a lot of money for hotel rooms that weren't very nice just to get this view. There are some extra costs for additional parking (more than one car) and insurance - but that information is clearly given to you ahead of time. Condo is on the 14th floor but the elevators were quick and accessible. We had a great time! THANK YOU!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We have been coming to VA Beach for years, and this was the best place we have stayed. Clean. Comfortable. Great location. Regina was really responsive to any and all questions. We plan to book again and again!

Great location. Bedroom balconies face RUDEE INLET. living room balcony looks over Virginia Beach. Loved the condo!! Has beach umbrellas and chairs in the closet. We drove 800 miles to see my wife's brother and sister. They came and visited us for a beach day!! Great condo you wont be disappointed!!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It appeared Newly renovated, was well cared for and very clean. The location was great - located on the lowest end of the boardwalk, the beach was busy but not too crowded. The view was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!
