It sleeps 10, with three king beds, two queens, and four-and-a-half bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. Step out onto the spacious patio and prepare to be mesmerized by a turquoise canal lined with palm trees and other tropical plants. The view is even more enjoyable while you’re floating in the heated pool or hot tub or reclining on the sun loungers. Enjoy waterside dining at its finest with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area with a big screen television to keep everyone entertained. The lanai is so peaceful the only sounds you’ll hear are wind rustling the palms and water lapping against the dock, where you can tie up your boat or watch for a passing dolphin or manatee while reclining in the Adirondack chairs. If you want to explore the water on a more personal level, then take the two provided kayaks and paddleboards out for an adventure. The intricately decorated interior is a tropical dream in its own right. Modern furnishings blend with a seaside décor consisting of seascape wall paintings. The gleam of the sunlight further enlivens the tiled interior. After your day in the sun, relax on the sectional couch and enjoy your shows on the television in the living room. To top it off, this room opens up to the patio, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both at the same time. The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all modern appliances and cookware. Cook up a family-style dinner to enjoy on the wooden dining room table overlooking the canal or a seaside snack out on the lanai. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a amazing place. We had two families withs 5 kids (4 boys and 1 girl branding for 9-20 in age). This house is equipped with endless things to keep them entertained. Pool and hottub are fantastic. We had some cool weather and the house is a short walk to Makel park that we spent a ton of time. Great location! Would recomemt and we will stay at again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was WOWZA!! Do not hesitate & book a stay. A more than comfortable trip for our family and son’s friends consisting of 2 adults and 4 teenagers, we would not hesitate to book this home again. Top-of-the-line everything!! Double washing machines and dryers 😳, foosball, pool table, 2nd floor balcony, salt water pool and hot tub, electronic motorized screens & shades, 2 refrigerators; even the lit up dock at night provided for a feeding frenzy of many large looking fish/sharks?! During the day, we had a private boat p/u & take the boys out for a fishing adventure while mom stayed home for some R&R and saw a pod of dolphins out back. Overall, the entertainment and amenities would promote the idea to stay at home and never leave, however, the location was so convenient to everything that frequent trips to nearby beaches, stores, ready-care clinics (lol), and restaurants were a must (and a need). The property group managing the home was very accessible and answered every question and concern we had. This is a definite must stay experience.
