This level includes one of the two family rooms with large flat screen smart tv; an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and club chair, kitchen, and a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a separate dining room with room to seat 8. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare tasty meals. The main level also has a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room along with a power room (1/2 bath). The second level of the house is where you will find 3 additional bedrooms and the second family room. When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary master bedroom suite, which is located on the main level has a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen smart tv, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are three guest bedrooms on the upper level. The second master suite bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen tv and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An additional guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. It shares a full bathroom (with tub/shower combo) with the last guest bedroom which has full over full bunk beds and a full trundle and a flat screen tv. On this level you will find the second family room with a sectional sofa queen sleeper and large flat screen smart tv. Plenty of space for the kids to hang out!
